One thing I have discovered in writing blog posts all this time is that people love their desserts. Those of us that try to eat Clean are no different. I love my desserts too, but at least when I eat a Clean Eating dessert I feel like I’m eating a bit more healthy than if it wasn’t Clean.
I am so glad I eat Clean because it is so much healthier than eating all that processed food. I have learned a lot from reading a fellow bloggers website, whenever I have a question about whether a certain food is clean or not she is my go-to girl. Tiffany at The Gracious Pantry is awesome and she knows a lot about Clean Eating, so if you ever need to know if a certain food is Clean go to her website thegraciouspantry.com. If you can’t find what you’re looking for with this link, do what I do and just google something like “is brown sugar clean eating” and The Gracious Pantry website should be one of the top sites that come up and your answer should be right there.
I can tell you right now that brown sugar is NOT clean eating and neither is low fat milk. I have many many recipes, I’m talking hundreds that claim to be Clean Eating that call for brown sugar and low fat milk. I promise you won’t find any recipes here that aren’t totally Clean Eating, unless I accidentally overlooked one. If I did, you can tell me about and I will replace it quick as a wink.
Thanks for looking and I hope you enjoy these Clean Eating desserts. I’m going to try the no-bake cookies on #7 because I love no-bake cookies, but I need them to be a lot healthier than the no-bake cookies my mother used to make. I also think I’ll try number 1 and number 2, they both look delicious. Enjoy
