These are 9 of the best ever Clean Eating Granola Recipes for an easy make ahead breakfast. Clean wholesome ingredients make for a clean yummy breakfast. Homemade Granola can make a very healthy breakfast for practically anyone. Homemade granola can also be clean, so that’s why I made this post with 9 Clean Eating granola recipes.
Granola is really easy to make and most granola recipes are baked in the oven, which means you don’t need any special equipment. You can make a really big batch and store it in your cupboard and have it for breakfast, or any other time for that matter. That way you only need to make it once in awhile which I think is really nice.
Oats are the main ingredient in most of these. What you need to know is that in order for granola to be Clean Eating, the oats have to be either old-fashioned or steel cut – quick oats don’t belong in a Clean kitchen. Steel cut oats don’t work very well for homemade granola so for all of these recipes use old fashioned oats if it doesn’t specify that.
These granola recipes sound so good to me, they have a lot of my favorite foods like fruit, seeds and nuts. You have to check all these out! Please let me know which are your favorite by commenting below.

1. Cardamom Coconut Cranberry Granola – Crave The Good
It is so simple to make homemade granola. You have got to try it. My grandmother used to make homemade granola so it isn’t like a new thing. Kids love it and will snack on it all day if you let them. I like to eat it plain, on yogurt, on whipped coconut milk, or eat it with milk like cereal.
2. Sugar-Free, Oil-Free Banana Granola – Breakfast Drama Queen
This is nice chewy banana granola which is completely sugar free, oil free and vegan. It tastes sort of like banana bread but in a bowl or maybe banana oatmeal cookies. It’s a little more chewy that most granola and not as crunchy, which is the way I like it. If you added some almond butter you would end up with a more crunchy granola that has more clusters or chunks.
3. Maple Almond Crunch Granola – The Seasoned Mom
This is a perfect breakfast or snack that you can make ahead. Then you can keep it on hand when hunger strikes for a quick meal. You can grab a handful or sprinkle it on yogurt. I think you’ll like enough that will become a staple around your house.
4. Chocolate Quinoa Granola – I Food Real
This is basically oats mixed with uncooked quinoa and liquids. Getting the right proportions of wet and dry ingredients is the tricky part. That’s because the oats bake differently than the quinoa. So follow the recipe closely. It’s very versatile and super simple to make. You can use pretty much any kind of chocolate you want such as chips, chunks or a bar.

This granola is is packed with nutrients and fiber. This is basically a formula instead of a recipe that potentially has hundred of variations. Toward the end of making this granola you can add pretty much anything you would like. I think dried fruit and nuts would be really good. It’s kind of fun to create your own breakfast granola.
6. Almond Joy Granola – The Lemon Bowl
Coconut, chocolate and almonds are sweetened lightly with honey to create this addictive homemade healthy granola. It could be eaten for breakfast plain or with milk on it or just plain. Keep it in a glass jar with a lid on it just for fun but it also preserves it for a long time plus it’s really cute.

This is the best pumpkin spice granola. It has just the right spices and it’s not too sweet. It’s perfect for topping yogurt or salads or for snacking or with milk on it for breakfast cereal.
8. Coconut Granola – From Calculus to Cupcakes
Homemade granola is so easy to make and it tastes so so much better than what you buy in the store. When you make your own you have control over how much sugar and fat you put in it. It think this has the perfect amount of sweetness and just enough fat to make it golden crisp but it has less fat than most homemade granola. I also think it has the perfect amount of coconut, not too strong of a flavor but enough that I can taste it because I love the flavor of coconut.
9. Sweet Pumpkin Seed Protein Granola – I Love Vegan
Homemade granola isn’t just easy to make, it’s also healthier and tastes better and always less expensive and than what you buy in the store. It is also so easy to customize it to your liking.
