I have 12 of the best ever clean eating breakfast ideas here for you to try. Most of them are pretty easy to make and they are healthy too. Want to find recipes for breakfast on the Clean Eating diet? I made this post with 12 clean eating breakfast ideas that I think will be very helpful to you. While making this post I learned that clean eating is a somewhat vague subject, meaning that not everyone in the world agrees about what clean eating is.
While looking for recipes, I discovered that most (but not all) smoothie recipes are considered clean eating and I also discovered that there about a gazillion of them out there. I have the very best ones on this blog post.
A lot of clean eating breakfast ideas are for things like oatmeal, granola and granola bars. While they are all well and good, in my opinion, they can get quite boring, so I tried to find recipes with a big variety of different recipes besides oatmeal and granola.
I hope you enjoy looking through these recipes and find some that you can use in your clean eating diet on a regular basis.
Thank you for looking and let me know in the comments what your favorites are.

12 of the Best Clean Eating Breakfast Ideas
These 12 Clean Eating breakfast ideas are from some of my favorite bloggers. Below these 12 recipes, you will find my recipes and other lists of Clean Eating breakfast recipes.
1. Tropical Green Smoothie – My Natural Family
Greens – Banana – Orange – Pineapple – Avocado – Wild Orange Essential Oil
The best part of smoothies is how easy they are to make. Most people can handle tossing fruits and vegetables into a blender. Make sure to actually measure the greens. I like to use the coconut milk from a can because I think it has the best flavor but you can use it from a carton if you want to. The avocado is my secret ingredient. It helps keep things from separating and makes it smooth and creamy without any weird avocado taste. I had a couple drops of essential oil to make it refreshing and to add flavor too.
2. Quick Egg Muffin – My Natural Family
Breakfast Sausage – Onion – Peppers – Spinach – Eggs
These are pretty much little omelettes to go that you can make anytime and eat them when you need them. It doesn’t take a long time to reheat them in the toaster oven for a few minutes. They are a low carb, high protein meal and can be eaten alone or with a green smoothie. My kids love these and since they as so healthy I let me eat them any time they want. Sometimes they eat them for lunch or snacks. Now that what I call a healthy snack.
3. Blender Banana Oatmeal Muffins – Well Plated
These oatmeal banana muffins don’t have any flour or butter in them and they are gluten-free. They are sweetened naturally with honey and they are totally made in the blender. What’s not to love about that? Nothing, especially since they have chocolate chips in them too.
4. Strawberry Sweet Rolls with Dark Chocolate Drizzle – Amy’s Healthy Baking
These are nice and tender whole wheat rolls filled with sweet strawberries and topped with a nice drizzle of chocolate. They are like strawberries dipped in chocolate for breakfast without the guilt. They are made with whole wheat flour to make them more nutritious but they are still soft and tender.
5. Healthy Breakfast Sandwich with Homemade Turkey Chorizo Erica’s Recipes
This is made with good clean healthy protein with all of these delicious spices added to make some really good homemade chorizo sausage. It tastes so much better than any chorizo bought in the store or a fast food restaurant. This reminds me of a homemade Egg McMuffin from McDonalds, but so much better.

9. Honey Nut Bars – Our Paleo Life
These are basic nut bars with honey as the sweetener but with three different variations. One variation is made with an added orange to give it a citrusy orange flavor. Another has cinnamon instead of the orange for a cinnamony flavor. Another has chocolate chips added for a fun chocolatey flavor. You should try them all and let us know which one is the best.
