This peanut butter chocolate freezer fudge only has 4 ingredients and whip up in no time. It’s perfect for a late night snack, Clean Eating Christmas dessert for to give to neighbors.

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate (I melted mine with a double boiler)
  2. Puree the bananas in a food processor or blender
  3. Combine all of the ingredients together and stir gently until smooth and well combined
  4. Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan
  6. Put in the freezer and freeze 3 to 4 hours
  7. Cut and serve
  8. Store in an airtight container in the freezer
