That’s when I started experimenting with some recipes. I discovered how easy to is to prepare and how quickly it cooks up. Grilled on a skewer is my favorite way to prepare it. 1. Easy Paella Recipe – My Natural Family
Chicken Thigh – Turkey Sausage – Onion – Bell Peppers – Tomatoes – Cauliflower Rice – Peas – Shrimp – Mussels – Olive Oil – Real Salt – Garlic – Smoked Paprika – Fresh Rosemary – Brown Rice – Chicken Stock – Saffron
You may think this is too much work to make. The truth is it’s easy compared to other Paella recipes. All you do is cook the proteins, add some spices, rice and vegetables. What I like about it is that is looks like you spent all day cooking, but you didn’t. The flavors blend together nicely since everything is cooking in the same pot. You could easily add or take away any of the proteins you want, just not the shrimp because that’s the best part.

One of my top five favorite foods of all time is grilled shrimp on a skewer. I’ve never tried making my own before. Now I think it’s about time I do that. This is a simple recipe that’s easy to make. It only has to marinade for 10 minutes and cook for 5 minutes on the grill. That sounds pretty easy to me. I want to eat this on a bed of brown rice with a side salad. I can’t wait to try it.

This is about as easy as you can get to prepare. You just place all of the ingredients on a sheet pan and bake it for about 30 minutes. That’s it, that’s all you do. Wow, easy. Sheet pan meals are typically really easy to prepare and this sheet pan meal doesn’t disappoint. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. I must be hungry. 5. Garlic Shrimp and Quinoa – As Easy As Apple Pie
Another pretty easy meal to prepare. All you do is cook the quinoa with the onion, garlic, spices and broth. While the quinoa is cooking you cook the shrimp, then mix the quinoa and shrimp together. It’s that simple. I like to cook my quinoa in an Instant Pot. It’s a quick meal to whip up for a nice light dinner on a weeknight. It is also impressive enough to prepare when you have guests for dinner. It’s nice to serve a side salad along with it or you could add some simple vegetables to this dish.

7. Lemon and Herb Spaghetti Squash with Roasted Shrimp – Eat Yourself Skinny
One of the things I like about spaghetti squash is that is doesn’t have a whole lot of flavor. That makes it easy to pair it with a lot of different sauces and flavors. It’s really easy to roast it in the oven. All you do is cut it in half, (it’s an easy squash to cut) scoop out the seeds and bake it in the oven for 45 minutes. The mild flavor of the squash blends very well with the flavors of the butter, garlic and shrimp. Yum It would be great with a salad for a nice low carb meal.

This is a healthy version of scampi made with zucchini noodles instead of pasta. If you’ve never used a spiralizer before, this is the perfect meal to try it out on. They are easy to use and clean. I like this spiralizer. If you aren’t sure you want to give up the pasta noodles you could try making this with half pasta noodles and half zucchini noodles. I like using zucchini noodles because they are a good vegetable and this way I don’t have to make another veggie.

This salad is made more easy because you make a homemade salad dressing and you use part of it as the marinade. When lettuce, tomatoes, avocado and shrimp and mixed together with the dressing, the flavors will blow all other salads you’ve ever had out of the water.
